Frequently asked questions

What can go in a bag?

Any good-quality food left at the end of the day that is fit to eat the same day: ready meals, bread, pastries, groceries. You list the allergens in the app.

What if a bag doesn't sell?

You pay nothing: we only take a commission on bags that sell. Unsold food stays with you, and you can lower the number of bags in the app at any time.

When do I get paid?

Weekly: a statement is generated every Monday and the transfer is made within 3 business days.
